QUALITY ASSURANCE – THE DEVELOPER WALKTHROUGH

ProHome®’s DEVELOPER WALKTHROUGH and VERIFICATION WALKTHROUGH are conducted as an assurance to the Developer that the unit is ready to accept from the General Contractor.

DEVELOPER WALKTHROUGH

ProHome®s conducts the “Developer’s Walkthrough” WHEN THE General Contractor informs the Developer that a particular unit or units are completed and ready to turn over to the Developer.
Photographs, documentation and number/tagging systems all provide clarity to the findings of ProHome®during the Developer Walkthrough.

Blueprints of each unit are often utilized by ProHome® to deliver precision and detail.

VERIFICATION WALKTHROUGH

ProHome® conducts the “Verification Walkthrough” after the General Contractor completes the Developer Walkthrough Punchlist.  The ProHome®representative will conduct the walkthrough of the unit(s) and validate the completion of the Developer Walkthrough findings and inspect for any collateral damage.

Signatures byProHome®, a representative of the GC and a representative of the Developer will finalize the acceptance and turnover.
